Led by chief executive Willie Rennie, 48, Aberdeen-based ICR Integrity provides maintenance services to many of the world’s oil and gas majors. The company was spun out of Walker Technical in a buyout backed by Gresham Private Equity in 2011, and in 2014, Graphite Capital bought Gresham’s majority stake for an undisclosed sum. International sales hit £13.6m in 2014.
