Ideal Networks provides IT infrastructure services to large companies and organisations: projects include a 24-hour service centre for P&O Ferries and the installation of telephone systems in all Ikea’s UK branches. Founders Moto Shakoori, 44, and Claire Hopkins, 46, started the Brighton company in 2009, and its growth has been organic. Earlier this year the company set up the Ideal Academy, a partnership with local schools and colleges to promote careers in IT. Sales reached £9.3m in 2015.
