Ideal Networks provides IT infrastructure services to large companies and organisations, with projects including a 24-hour service centre for P&O Ferries, and the installation of telephone systems in all of Ikea’s UK branches. Founders Moto Shakoori, 43, and Claire Hopkins, 45, started the Brighton company in 2009, and its growth has been organic. The 40-strong company made sales of £5.5m in 2014 and is considering a move to larger offices in Brighton as well as opening a satellite office in London.
