This London firm supplies staff to the NHS, local authorities and private companies in Britain and overseas. It was formed after private equity firm Blackstone paid £125m for the business in 2010 and merged it with rival Pulse. It was sold in July to TowerBrook Capital Partners, which appointed Paul Pindar, 55, as chairman to work alongside group chief executive Richard MacMillan, 44.
