The business makes speciality film products for the packaging, labels, tobacco and securities markets. Led by chief executive Mark Robertshaw, 47, who took over from David Beeby, 63, in January, the group has production sites in Britain, America, Belgium and Australia and operates a network of sales offices, agents and distributors throughout the world. After our research closed, Innovia reported sales decreased to £400.5m and profits to £39.2m.
