Its wireless access points improve mobile-phone coverage in buildings by rerouting the signal through broadband connections. Qualcomm and Cisco took minority stakes in the Cambridgeshire company this year, after earlier venture-capital investment in 2007. Chief executive Stephen Mallinson claims that the innovative nature and growing international distribution of the company’s products have helped sales grow 58% a year from £3.9m in 2005 to £15.2m in 2008.
