Profit Track 100

This Swansea firm’s products use high-intensity light pulses to target unwanted hair and stop growth at the root. Trading as Cyden, its SmoothSkin range is sold in more than 30 countries. The company invests significantly in its portfolio of hair removal products, and in 2018 it established a factory in Swansea that has enabled full in-house production. Led by Giles Davies, 53, it says demand has grown during the pandemic, driven by an increase in online purchases of beauty devices as people seek at-home treatments while beauty salons have been closed.
