Jeremy Benn, 58, founded the Yorkshire firm in 1995 and has overseen its expansion to 21 offices in nine countries. Its 650 engineers, consultants and scientists work on projects to manage weather and environmental risk for clients including the World Bank. Growth in Africa and Australia helped overseas sales reach £7.7 million in 2019.
