Bradford City may have been relegated to Division Two, but it has been a good year for JCT600, the football club’s sponsor. Sales at the car dealership chain owned by Jack Tordoff and run from Bradford by his sons Ian and John were up by £75m to £415m in 2003. JCT600 has 30 car sales showrooms across Yorkshire and northeast England and sells marques such as Aston Martin, Bentley, Porsche, BMW and Mercedes-Benz. The company also has a car-hire business that leases more than 5,000 vehicles.
