This jewellery retailer was founded by chairman Malcolm Stark, 69, and chief executive Sarah Frew, 52, in 1985. Named after Stark’s two sons, it specialises in competitively priced costume jewellery, occasionwear accessories and sterling silver items. Today, the Manchester company has 120 concessions in UK department stores, including Debenhams. It develops accessories for the chain’s in-house designers and expanded into the Middle East in 2012 as the retailer opened stores with Alshaya, its franchise partner. International sales topped £2.9m in 2015.
