With a keen interest in form and function, twin brothers Richard and Antony Joseph, 39, started their business in 2003 selling just one product – a glass chopping board. Within 18 months they were selling their innovative kitchenware to department stores in France, Germany, Japan and South America, and now sell 360 products to more than 100 countries. Customers include Bloomingdale’s in America, Isetan in Japan and KaDeWe in Germany, and overseas sales were £25.8m in 2013.
