Twin Brothers Richard and Antony Joseph started their London design company with a single chopping board in 2003. Eight years on, their innovative designs have proved to be a global hit and the pair now market 300 different kitchen items in 73 countries. The complete range can be found in many well-known department stores, including Selfridges and Bloomingdale’s, where the firm has focused on creating dedicated “shops-in-shops”. Products range from colour-coded chopping boards to magnetic measuring spoons. Sales increased 88% a year, from £3.4m in 2008 to £22.5m in 2011, with some of the highest profit margins on the league table.
