JustPark’s service is used by over 2m drivers to gain access to 1.4m car parking spaces across the UK. Many spaces can be reserved, and users pay via the app, which uses predictive technology to match prices with demand and optimise use of spaces. Owners of private parking – such as hotels, commercial property companies, small businesses and charities – also make money by renting out space through JustPark’s platform. This year, the London company’s total transaction value reached an annualised £11.7m, on which it generated £3.7m in fees. Under founder and chief executive Anthony Eskinazi, 35, it has also launched a full car park management service for commercial clients, and now counts some of the biggest companies in hospitality and real estate as its customers.
