Keepmoat built, refurbished or repaired almost 260,000 homes last year. Its merger with social housing provider Apollo, in March 2012, further strengthened its focus on the public sector, with a raft of government affordable-housing initiatives driving Keepmoat’s new-build business. The combined group completed a refinancing last year. Under new chief executive Dave Sheridan, 50, it reported sales of £884m in the year to March 2013.
