It expects to finish about 1,600 new homes in its financial year to March. Earlier this year, the company completed its merger with fellow social-housing provider Apollo, and Ian Sutcliffe became chief executive of the combined group, which is expected to have turnover of £1billion. Keepmoat’s sales were £677m in 2011.
