With an average sale price of £161,000, 70% of its open-market sales are to first-time buyers, with 30% of total sales going to housing associations to be offered at affordable rents. Its chief executive, Tim Beale, 43, joined from Crest Nicholson in 2017, and profits rose 27% to £58.1m last year.
