It now provides childcare for more than 8,000 children at 53 nurseries, mainly in the northwest of England. Investor BGF has put in a total of £26 million, most recently backing the acquisition of Kids Allowed in January last year. Profits reached £4.6 million in the year to March 2020. It has remained open during the third national lockdown and in February, won a contract to operate Oxford University’s five nurseries.
