Founded in 2005 by Andy Black, 50, it has nine offices worldwide and overseas sales reached £20.6m in 2016. Last year, private-equity firm HgCapital acquired a majority stake, and in May, former Capita director, Dawn Marriott-Sims, 45, became executive chairman.
