Animal health and diversity within the beauty industry are among the subjects of virtual events run by London-based Kisaco this year, after the pandemic forced it to move away from in-person conferences; before Covid-19, about 70% of its in-person events took place in America. Founded by Sarah Clayton, 53, in 2014, who was joined by her brother Guy, 48, two years later, its sponsors include Johnson & Johnson, Unilever and Intel. Sales — a combination of ticket income, sponsorship and purchases of its intelligence reports — grew to £6.9m last year.
