The Nottinghamshire-based engineering firm was founded in 1975 by chairman and chief executive Tony Langley, 59, who has built up the group, partly through acquisitions. The biggest of these was Manroland Sheetfed, a German printing press manufacturer that it bought in 2012 for an undisclosed sum.
