The Nottingham engineering firm was founded in 1975 by chairman and chief executive Tony Langley, 61, who has built the group partly through acquisitions. The enlarged group now makes equipment including electrical systems for data centres and printing presses. The company employs more than 4,000 people, with subsidiaries in the Americas, Europe, Far East and Australasia.
