Sales have grown 58% a year, from an annualised £7.4m in 2001 to £28.9m in 2004, largely as a result of adding broader database services, such as researching customer lifestyles and developing products for bespoke marketing campaigns. The firm was founded by Paul Beck and Tim Borthwick in 1996. In October 2004 Isis Equity Partners paid £23m for a majority stake.
