This direct-marketing firm already operates four call centres with a total capacity of 2,000 seats, and has set itself a target of opening another 500-seat centre within the next year. Led by chief executive Ben Dixon, Cheshire-based LBM also provides other services, such as researching customer lifestyles and developing products for marketing campaigns. Sales have grown 63% a year from £9.1m in 2002 to £39.5m in 2005. Isis Equity Partners bought a 53% stake for £23m in 2004.
