The Leeds firm has developed software that enables the public sector to manage processes and exchange information across multiple organisations. Co-founders Ted Brierley and Denise Harrison previously set up Image Systems Europe, a software company. They sold it for £4m and used part of the proceeds to create Liquidlogic in 2000. The company’s sales have grown 137% a year from £614,000 in 2003 to £3.5m in 2005.
