Organisations such as Volkswagen, Microsoft, BUPA and Oxfam outsource some of their customer services to the Listening Company’s three call centres around the UK. The Surrey company has also developed its own customer-relations software, work that has been done with the help of £7.5m raised from investors that include Antfactory, Cazenove Private Equity and a group of business angels. Its sales have grown 93% a year from £3.7m in 2000 to £13.7m in 2002.
