Loch Duart has been farming Atlantic salmon in Scotland’s Badcall Bay since 1999, when it was co-founded by sales director Andy Bing, 57. The fish has graced the tables of top restaurants worldwide, including Michelin-starred The French Laundry in California, and Japanese eatery Nobu in New York. Loch Duart sells to 20 countries, and exports hit £34.5m in 2017, under managing director Alban Denton, 54.
