More than 650,000 holidaymakers a year take off on flights bought from Dial-a-Flight, part of the Lotus Group. The London company also offers hotels and car hire to independent travellers, plus ski and golf packages under its SuperTravel banner. Building on its travel expertise, the firm also runs Lotus Conferences, and offers companies travel incentive packages for their staff. Founder Peter Stephens still heads up Lotus and owns 75% of the company, while the rest is held by fellow director Christine Burrowes. Sales reached £246.7m in 2006.
