Manchester’s LWC distributes beer, wine, spirits and soft drinks, including its own brands Agnes Arber gin, Lucky Buddha beer and Old J spiced rum. Led by its founder and chairman, Robin Gray, 68, and chief executive, Ebrahim Mukadam, 62, it offers delivery of 7,000 lines to more than 9,000 clients, seven days a week. In 2017, it acquired new premises in Eastbourne with the purchase of the wholesaler HT White, and this year, it opened a warehouse in Leeds.
