Half a million shops worldwide sell Lycatel’s prepaid cards, allowing customers to make cheap international calls. Founded by Subaskaran Allirajah in 2004, the group also opened a prepaid Sim card business in 2006, Lycamobile, which has more than 8m subscribers in 14 countries. Its service launched in Ireland this year. Sales are UK consolidated trading including Lycamobile.
