M-hance develops software for 2,400 businesses, from the charity sector to distributors. Its software enables businesses to automate back office processes including finance and sales. It also provides platforms comprising enterprise social networks and mobile working applications that customers use to interact with staff. Previously trading as Trinity Computer Services, m-hance was formed in 2011 after Jon Moulton’s Better Capital backed acquisitions of Calyx Software, Gyrosoft and parts of three other businesses. These acquisitions helped sales grow 45% a year, from £3.1m in 2008 to an annualised £9.6m in 2011, under chief executive Mark Thompson.
