Founded in 1997 by Ged Mitchell, 57, M2M Direct began by selling computer memory products to hardware retailers and manufacturers. After developing relationships with suppliers such as Samsung, the Kent-based company expanded into Europe, selling to system integrators and resellers in Germany, Poland and Belgium. Clients include Computacenter and Softcat. International revenue rose to £14.4m in 2014, driven by a 200% increase in sales to Europe.
