Funded by an initial £15,000 investment from the founders, the company works with a range of high-profile sponsors, which have included Facebook, Amazon, Google, Microsoft and Disney. Its events include Women in Construction and Women of Silicon Valley – one of its most recent events in London in June 2019 had 6,000 delegates. The firm achieved sales of £4m in January 2019, and has 22 staff, which it expects to grow to 50 next year.
