High demand in the London area for qualified social workers has meant lots of repeat customers, and co-founders Andrew Yetzes, Karl Chatterjee, Robert Beaman and Elliott Barrett have presided over strong performance. Sales at the firm have grown 143% a year from an annualised £737,000 in 2005 to £10.5m in 2008.
