mhl support

The director-general of the CBI, Sir Digby Jones, has recently joined the board of this company, which provides small and medium-sized businesses as well as large companies with advice on employment law and health-and-safety regulations. If any are sued after implementing MHL’s advice, it says it has a £1 billion insurance policy to settle legal claims. The relentless rise in EU and British red tape has made a 24-hour helpline and bespoke employment contracts attractive, driving sales growth of 103% a year, from £538,000 in 2001 to £4.5m in 2004. Co-founder Nick McKay put his house and savings on the line in 2000 to secure a £1m loan to start the firm.
