This London-headquartered company manages mobile phone trade-in schemes for the big mobile-phone networks, businesses and retailers. With an estimated 3m phones upgraded every month, the firm’s suite of software applications is used in-store, over the phone or online to provide customers with the trade-in value of their old mobiles, which in turn generates more sales and reduces costs for their clients. The handsets are sold in the emerging markets from the company’s Hong Kong offices. Under managing director Geoffrey Walters, sales grew 128% a year, from £863,000 in 2007 to £10.2m in 2010.
