Kieran O’Keeffe, 46, founded London-based MobileWebadz in 2002 — as the name implies, the company uses software to help advertisers book advertising space on mobiles. The firm estimates it provides 45.3bn ads every month, focused entirely on a male audience, some alongside adult content, and it is now expanding into mobile payments and mobile media-buying. It has offices in Europe, the Americas, Japan, South Africa, the Philippines and India and generates almost 90% of its turnover overseas. Sales hit £38.7m in 2015.
