Founded by managing director Leo Caplan in 1999, Morgan Brookes supplies and manages digital imaging and telecoms systems for a wide range of clients including Baker Tilly, Stagecoach and McDonald’s. Organic growth and the addition of a new portfolio of voice and data products have boosted sales 83% a year from £1.4m in 2001 to £8.8m in 2004. The company says it donates up to 10% of each year’s profits to charitable causes, including Breast Cancer Research and Rethink Severe Mental Health.
