In just over six years, London-based Morgan Hunt has built up a portfolio of public-sector and not-for-profit clients for whom it recruits staff. These include councils, government bodies and colleges. More recently, it says it has added a range of private-sector organisations, which has helped to boost business, and it is expanding into new overseas territories, including Russia, Ukraine and Dubai. Australia is next on its list. Profits grew 74% a year from £883,000 in 2004 to £4.7m in 2007 under its founders, brothers Rupert and Stephen Fordham and managing director Helen Stokes.
