About half of MSI Group’s sales come from recruiting senior staff for the NHS. Its recruitment services for the IT and telecoms sectors make up the other half of sales, with clients including Ericsson, Orange, Marsh and T-Mobile. Managing director Nicky Simpson and sales director James Parker founded the company in 2002 and have grown sales 68% a year, raising them from £1.6m in 2003 to £7.7m in 2006.
