This London-based marketing firm, founded in 2009 by five friends, has helped blue-chip clients acquire new customers in more than 112 countries. Led by chief executive Titus Sharpe, 41, it sold a 40% stake to private-equity firm Bridgepoint last year, using the investment to open an office in Texas. International sales reached £13.8m in 2015, with key markets including Europe and the US.
