This London supplier of fresh produce says it aims to improve the quality of fruit and vegetables consumed in Britain. Its wholesale customers range from pubs, such as the Greene King chain, to Michelin-starred restaurants, including The Fat Duck and Restaurant Gordon Ramsey. Natoora also serves consumers directly from its Chiswick shop and its online home-delivery service, as well as through Wholefoods stores and online grocery retailer Ocado. Managing director Franco Fubini, 41, intends to expand the business nationwide, with new distribution hubs planned for Birmingham and Manchester. He is also looking to tap markets in France and America. Sales hit £11.4m last year.
