Last year it launched a service that can prioritise calls at a doctor’s surgery, and in some cases allow patients to receive a diagnosis over the phone. A similar service developed for dentists has driven sales growth in recent years. The firm is led by managing director Dean Rayment, and its sales have risen 54% a year from £2.2m in 2005 to £8.2m in 2008.
