NES Global Talent supplies technical and engineering staff for the energy, infrastructure, life science and IT sectors. In 2015 the Cheshire business made an acquisition in Canada and opened offices in Seoul, Mexico and Kazakhstan. Led by chief executive Tig Gilliam, 51, the recruitment consultancy now has 45 offices across 28 countries. It is owned by AEA Investors, which bought the company from fellow private-equity firm Graphite in a £234m deal in 2012.
