Neverfail claims that 2,000 organisations worldwide use its software, including Vodafone, Wellcome Trust and the New York Stock Exchange. The company was founded in 1993 and in recent years its growth has been helped by the rising popularity of the BlackBerry. Its software is also used by businesses in hurricane-prone regions of America. The company is backed by the venture capitalists Fidelity, Advent and Stockford Group and is led by chief executive Peter Parker. Sales have grown 75% a year from £2m in 2006 to £10.6m in 2009.
