London-based NSL works with central and local government, the NHS and Heathrow and Gatwick airports. Its 5,000 staff provide services such as non-emergency patient care, car park management and CCTV monitoring. It was created in 2007 when NCP was split in two. Chief executive Adam Palser, 40, was appointed in February.
