Glasgow-based Oh Polly is known for its figure-hugging dresses and skimpy swimwear. Founded in 2015 by Claire Henderson, 32, and Mike Branney, 34, it has an office in Los Angeles, which produces content for its 4.3 million Instagram followers. This helped profits reach £4.2 million in the year to April 2020, and it expects sales to grow 40 per cent to £55 million this year. Its charitable foundation has distributed 6,000 facemasks to teachers, students and healthcare professionals in Cambodia to help fight the pandemic.
