Founded in 2002 by childhood friends James Wase-Rogers, 39, Oliver Castle and Nick Godson, both 37, it recently opened an Amsterdam office to add to those in London, Manchester, Dublin, Zurich and Hong Kong. Profits rose to £4.4m in 2012.
