This company continues to make the most of telecoms deregulation, acquiring internet service provider IZR Solutions this year in a deal that added 2,000 customers. Led by Mike Thornley, the Worthing company is a virtual operator that takes over line and call services usually offered by BT and resells packages to both businesses and residential customers. Sales have grown 53% a year from £8.9m in 2003 to £20.9m in 2005.
