Though it has some bigger clients, such as the NHS and B&Q, Premier Telecom typically targets firms with 25 to 50 staff that are too small for large network providers to offer dedicated customer service. Premier looks after their fixed-line and mobile telecoms, as well as IT and data requirements, and offers bespoke smartphone apps to help companies operate with greater speed and efficiency. Under managing director Darren Ridge, sales grew 52% a year from an annualised £4.9m in 2008 to £17.4m in 2011, driven by organic growth and acquisitions.
