Though it has some bigger clients, such as the NHS and Vue Cinemas, Premier Telecom typically targets businesses with 25 to 250 staff, which are too small for network providers such as Vodafone to offer a dedicated customer service. It looks after its customers’ fixed-line and mobile telecoms and liaises with network providers on their behalf, making sure they get value for money. Under managing director Darren Ridge, sales have grown 49% a year from £3.4m in 2007 to £11.2m in 2010.
